My Top 5 LUSH Christmas Picks 2016

There’s nothing quite like a mini LUSH haul at Christmas time! In today’s post I’m going to round up my top 5 picks this festive season and I’m not going to lie, there may be a bit of a pink theme going on!

Butterbean Bath Bomb

First up is the ever loved Butterbear Bath Bomb. I love love love getting this every Christmas time. It’s just so cute, amazingly moisturising and an absolute steal at only £1.95! I’m pretty sure this is the cheapest bath bomb LUSH do which makes it the perfect addition to a stocking or hamper if you’re a bit strapped for cash. The cocoa powder also gives it a lovely soft sweet smell that’s not too overwhelming for when you just want to wash the days worries away.

Candy Mountain Bubble Bar

This super sweet bubble bar fills my heart with joy when I use it. Candy Mountain creates the most gorgeous frothy bubbles with the fragrant scent of vanilla wafting around the bathroom. This gorgeous smell stays with you long after you’ve left the bath and who doesn’t love a bubble bath in winter? It’s also only £2.95 which I think is great value for money as you can often get more than one use out of it depending how bubbly you like your bath!

Santa Baby Lip Scrub

I seem to suffer from super dry lips and once it gets really cold I have to take such good care of them. A new discovery of mine, lip scrubs really help to remove the dry patches so that any lip balms can properly do their job. I couldn’t resist Santa Baby as it’s named for one of my favourite Christmas songs and I was told in store it tasted like Coca Cola!  This is probably one of the best lip scrubs I’ve ever used and tastes so good – the girl was right! Who can say no to £5.75 for mistletoe ready lips?

Snow Fairy Shower Gel

This bubblegum scented shower gel is one of my all-time favourite LUSH products and I get so excited every Christmas season when it comes out. Snow Fairy Shower Gel starts at £3.95 for 100g and leaves you smelling like a fairy princess. Perhaps too sickly for some, but it’s without doubt a hit with me.

Snow Fairy Body Conditioner

New to LUSH this year, the Snow Fairy Body Conditioner is bound to become a firm favourite with fans of the scent. When I saw this I just had to get it and I’m so pleased I did. I’ve never opted for an in-shower moisturiser before but I do often find it quite a chore afterwards so I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I really loved be able to apply in the shower and wash off, whilst still achieving that silky soft finish to my skin. It starts at £7.95 for 100g but a little really does go a long way. If you haven’t noticed, I’ve also got a bit of a pink obsession going on a the moment, so any excuse for more pink suits me just fine!

  1. I love Lush and I think it is time I jump on that Christmas specials hype train haha. I’ve heard a lot about Snow Fairy but never tried it, or smelled it, so I can’t tell if I’ll be a fan. Big fan of the color though. You’ve convinced me that it is time for me to pay Lush a visit again. Need to get myself another pot of Mask of Magnaminty anyway. Why not kill two birds in one stone? Great post, and lovely blog too.
